Our attorneys represent survivors of campus sexual assault and discrimination in educational settings at the K-12, college, or university level, state and federal administrative proceedings, and in the courts.
Marsh Law Firm regularly advocates for trauma-informed legislation that enables survivors of sexual abuse to come forward and hold perpetrators and institutions that failed to protect children accountable. Since 2005, our law firm has advocated for and helped to successfully pass major law reforms for victims of child sex abuse material (CSAM) and online exploitation. Our law firm helped author landmark victim-driven legislation such as Masha’s law and the Amy, Vicky, & Andy Child Pornography Victim Assistance Act. Additionally, our law firm was instrumental in the historic passage of New York’s Child Victim’s Act- which extended the statute of limitations for child sex abuse claims and opened a window which allowed survivors with previously lapsed claims to seek justice. Our attorneys have been consistently fighting for similar legislation nationally, and in Michigan and other states. Our law firm will continue this fight until similar windows are opened throughout the country.
