Mollie Cearley is an Associate in the New York office of the Marsh Law Firm PLLC. Mollie’s focus is civil litigation in New York where she advocates for survivors of childhood sexual trauma and holds accountable the institutions that enable and cover up the abuse of children.
Mollie is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. As a law student, Mollie volunteered on behalf of vulnerable communities across the country, including as a volunteer for WomensLaw.org where she aided survivors of domestic violence, and as an intern at Lincoln Square Legal Services and New York Legal Assistance Group where she represented low-income New Yorkers in civil actions brought by predatory lenders. Prior to joining the Marsh Law Firm, Mollie worked as an attorney in the New York City Law Department where she litigated a large number of civil cases on behalf of the City in New York State courts.
