Brooke Bergen is an Associate at Marsh Law Firm and works to protect the rights of crime victims in federal and state court. Brooke works on a wide range of matters representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse, child pornography, campus sexual abuse, harassment and retaliation. Her practice focuses on holding institutions and perpetrators accountable, including schools, employers, religious institutions, and youth organizations. Brooke is passionate about empowering survivors to reclaim their voice and to seek justice.
Brooke graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Theatre. After working several years in the entertainment and hospitality industries, Brooke attended Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. Brooke graduated cum laude from Pepperdine and was awarded the Order of Barrister for excellence in trial advocacy, as well as serving as a staff editor for the Pepperdine Law Review.
Prior to joining Marsh Law Firm, Brooke served as an Assistant District Attorney for Brooklyn, New York, where she worked with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, assault and other serious violent crimes as an experienced trial attorney.
