Amy Mathieu is an Associate at the Marsh Law Firm’s Pittsburgh office. Amy represents survivors of child pornography seeking restitution as well as Title IX claimants and survivors of sexual abuse. Her practice focuses on holding perpetrators accountable and seeking justice for her clients.

Amy is a magna cum laude graduate of University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Economics, Politics, and Philosophy. Amy graduate cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Law and was awarded the Ralph J. Cappy Scholarship for public interest and Pitt’s nomination for the National Association of Women Lawyer’s Outstanding Law Student Award. While attending law school, Amy served as an Editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce and a teaching assistant for Legal Writing.

Prior to joining Marsh Law Firm, Amy clerked for the Administrative Judge of the Civil Division of Allegheny County’s Court of Common Pleas and practiced as a personal injury attorney fighting for plaintiffs across Pennsylvania.
